On November 11th - Day 42 - we invite everyone worldwide to join with us for a Gratitude meditation ceremony.  At 11:11, everyone’s local time, we will be entering a space of Gratitude by clearing our thoughts,  expectations, or attachments - opening ourselves to be aligned with the Heart’s calling and embracing the Great*Full*Ness of Life.

Rainbows ~

Rainbows offer a sensory confirmation that change is in the air, using present elements to create a shift in perspective - full spectrum, that is.

So it is with manifesting intentions. By shining our light (attention, intention) through water (our bodies being 70% water, brain 85%) an arc connects all that IS with all that may BE.

What is this arc, this connection, this bridge?

Simply this: Intention

Intention bridges emotion with possibility.

Like a rainbow ~ arcing through watery time, bending Light to reflect colors sublime ~ our intentions bridge heaven and earth … connecting emotion with matter, possibility with manifestation.

Gratitude is our presence, witness and acceptance of this gift.

In Gratitude we stand with this Bridge of Light,
a prism revealing the colors of white
in remembrance - We are One as living Love.

Remember - One may wait for rainbows to arrive,
or intentionally create one by spraying water into Light.
Either way you choose ~ relax, enjoy and revel in the
wonder of these watery hues.

Spectrum of Intentions by Matt Kahn:

It was during an afternoon discussion with the Guides that an idea came to mind. We’d been discussing the idea of intention and how its effect on one’s life is accessing the sacred practice of manifestation. I began thinking, “If manifestation is the ability to practice living in the feeling of a future reality, so we become the magnet attracting it into the present moment, intention must be the bridge that (returns) us to this mindset on a daily basis.”

… Life is merely a manifestation, playing out into form the emotions you feel most often. I humbly offer you this gift from the Universe, so that your focus of emotional freedom may allow you the chance to create the world you’ve been waiting to see.

Using “The Spectrum of Intention,” you can step-by- step expand your consciousness by allowing your focus to change, which then changes how you are feeling in the moment. I recommend using each line as a daily theme of what you are intending to focus on, so the forces of Universal harmony may gift you with the joy that has always been waiting for you in the spaces of today.

Spectrum of Intentions:

As long as I am breathing, I will always be alive.
As long as I am alive, I will always be evolving.
As long as I am evolving, I will always be changing.
As long as I am changing, I will always be conscious.
As long as I am conscious, I will always be deliberate.
As long as I am deliberate, I will always be intentional.
As long as I am intentional, I will always be focused.
As long as I am focused, I will always be consistent.
As long as I am consistent, I will always be certain.
As long as I am certain, I will always be empowered.
As long as I am empowered, I will always be feeling.

Welcome Beloved One-ness,

Today, let’s begin within and bless all the waters in our body.  You see, as our blessed Heart beats true with Love and Gratitude, waters will begin to mirror Divinity within, creating ripples of time, expressing Life sublime while thoughts projecting inner reflectings serve to create Now.

So just imagine …

By flooding our bodily waters with Love and Gratitude, graceful waves will ripple into all of creation, e-motionally projecting a super-charged vibration, allowing intended manifestations to BE.

Give thanks, for it IS so!

As you feel complete within, imagine this blessed beat flowing lovingly through others, and on to all the waters of Earth.

Feel grateful knowing Yes! you are this powerful, connected and Divine.

Now, as a co-creator of World Gratitude, it’s time to set an intention ~ one you wish to see come into being … uniquely suited to serve your highest good, and that of others, too.

Create a vivid image of this with your imagination.

Feel its presence, hear its gift, taste its treasure and see its depth and magnificence.

Love this intention as it IS Now.

Give thanks, in advance, for its manifestation while allowing the Law of Attraction to deliver this intended creation with grace, style and ease.

Perhaps you will wish to share this in the FORUM, allowing others to magnify and accelerate the arrival of this possibility.

You may also choose to record it in a journal, online or written, or … simply close your eyes and breathe in the intention and breath out the manifestation.

Be true to what feels right for you, and all will manifest through Love and Gratitude!

“What happens if you … allow this charged water (intention) to constantly evaporate (breathe) into the atmosphere where it will interact and proliferate with all the other water molecules?

Now, people and other life forms, would be breathing in air which, of course, contains moisture or water molecules that have been energetically charged with our positive concepts, which in turn would affect all the water within their bodies and so on - thus affecting the entire planet.

If we (are yet) to achieve the “no-mind” state of being attributed to the enlightened few, why not by-pass the whole thought process altogether and let the water do much of the work for us, while we continue to work on ourselves?  This would allow us to work on ourselves from the inside out and the outside in while simultaneously slowly influencing progress in the masses.”
