As I take a breath
I begin to doodle,
doodle inside my heart.
It is the movement that gives me wings to fly.
It is a movement that lets my finger sing,
while I draw it in a passing cloud.
It causes a tickle of a sunshine moment that
in turn doodles in my soul.
As my doodling explodes in a circle of light
my gratitude travels in beauty
Gratitude to whistle with the balance of my stance.
Gratitude to dance in the mood of love that my attention is drawn to
And gratitude for a flow that vibrates in peace.

SPINNING GRATITUDE to a GREAT SONG:

"This land today, shall draw its FIRST breath
And take WITHIN, its ancient depths
This GRATEFUL reminder of its giant, dreaming Self
While I, with human-hindered eyes
Unequal to the sweeping curve of life
Stand on this single print of time

Human wheels spin round and round
While the clock FEEDS me CAKE
Human wheels spin round and round
Help the light to my face" - JCM / Edited by JFV
