DAY 17 - SIT AND SPIN

remember the toys -
round with a wheel centered
atop a turning post…
a disk to on which to
sit and spin.
 
a simple, youthful aid
to changing one’s outlook on life.

 
remember:
 
it IS just as easy
to shift Now by spinning into Gratitude…
feeling every pull, tug, churn and chug
along this turning ride.
