As always, I pray you are well and thriving!

What an amazing time to be alive!  Intense change is jolting us out of our comfort zone, and beckoning us to stretch, grow and go where Love calls us!

On our home front, we are preparing to move from WA to AZ. We’re excited to be reunited with family and friends there, and are always delighted to connect with new ones, too.

Maybe that includes you or someone you have ties to? As so, drop us a line and say ‘Hello!’

With sweet sorrow, we also are preparing to say our goodbyes to our family, friends and community circles here! We love the NW and will always carry its Spirit in our Hearts!

This move is a quick shift for us, requiring us to be present, sure-footed and have faith in our selves, our vision and Source. We are returning home, in many ways, after leaving for the NW just over six years ago.

It feels much aligned with the energy of the times.

Collectively, we are beginning to awaken!, to follow our bliss while trusting the still small voice of Love within. We are quickly ditching a dulling dream of lack and separation,to find we are World citizens, dreaming awake a One Heart Nation!

With these massive shifts in our world reality, we are finding it necessary - yes, vital! - to turn within to find our Truth.

No longer can we rely on a crumbling, old-paradigm matrix to nourish and sustain us, to guide and inspire us.  Rather, it is our time to cleanse and purify our hearts and minds that we may see clearly the path before us.  To let go and flow with the swift waters of change that are carrying us to new shores, new communities, and new world realities.

One thing I love about the ever-evolving Portland area, our current home,  is the forward-thinking, cultural creative Spirit that weaves together the land and the people.  Fittingly, a common bumper-sticker here is, “Keep Portland Weird!”

In this *weird* city, we recently attended the NW film festival, to see ‘Fierce Light’, an engaging, inspiring and heart-breaking movie about spirited-activism by Velcrow Ripper. If you have the chance to see it - go!

For now, let me share this:

I walked away with a renewed passion and commitment to living an authentic life.

Beloveds, it became piercingly clear that nothing less at this time with suffice.  Nothing greater will ever be asked of us, nor a more priceless gift can we offer the world.

Who are we to deny our greatness, or to hide in the shadows and play ’small’?

‘Fierce Light’ is a radiant guide, beckoning us make the journey through shadow of separation — to merge Spirit with Action, Purpose with passion and step forward to shine our authentic light.  And live it!

hatred, Love in the face of fear, and joy in light of miseries darkness.

Ultimately,  this film mirrors the beauty of Choice: one moment, one person, one heart at a time - choosing to harness the energy of Love and bravely stand for it!

Beloveds - This is why we co-created the Go Gratitude
experiment, and World Gratitude, with you:

To awaken this fierce light within and deliver us home to the heart of Love.

To help us recognize the feeling, and presence, of the Divine -
in all things, in all places, in all people.

To empower and fortify our ability to choose wisely no
matter what obstacles, ignorance or fear we are faced with.

To BE-Member we are One Heart United, in Love with Life, daily choosing to Go Gratitude!

With Gratitude as our guide, we can let go of all that no longer serves.  We can grow and stretch into beyond illusory limitations and separation, to find what connects us, inspires us, and what truly supports the continuance of Life!

Thankfully, each and every one of us have a built-in guidance system - the feeling and experience of Gratitude — that lights our inner path and guides our way home to the heart of what matters, home to the heart of Love.

It is the choice and courage to go within — to find our truth and then go with Gratitude — that IS and WILL BE our saving grace!  We will remember how to live peacefully and thrive by gratefully embracing, embodying and shining our own fierce light!

A wise, dear friend once taught me our Soul-Purpose in this world is to tend our Sacred Garden.  I believe this to be true.  This same friend, who understands the freedom found in cultivating ones’ own life, is now serving time in the state penitentiary. A paradox in many ways and a profound mirror of something I deeply acknowledge:  We teach what we most desire to learn.

How can one such being, over-flowing with potential and a deep desire to be of service, seemingly turn into a ‘bad seed’?  More poignantly, is there such a thing? Or rather, do we choose the optimum conditions for our growth and then remember to bloom where we are planted?

I believe this to be true, as well.

As we flow through the seasons of Life, we daily plants seeds of possibility in the landscape of the heart.  We nourish these with our thoughts and water them with our tears of joy and the sweat of sweet-release.  We must be ever diligent to pull suckers and weeds that would choke out the light and steal vital resources required for strong growth.

With attention, we learn each seed has its own Divine timing, we can no more hurry it to fruit than make the sun rise or set.

This, our Sacred Garden, is teacher, playground and friend. Through communion and stewardship we remember ALL things are Sacred, and so come home to thrive in the light of Love, our hearts blooming with planted Seeds of Gratitude.

True to her nature, this same friend catalyzed the creation of a green jobs program for inmates, offering training in emerging fields, as well as daily mentoring in conscious creation and making change from the inside out.  Not your standard program, though highly desired — and effective.

We are extremely proud to have been on the ground crew that helped to get it up and growing, and continue to witness the local community embrace, support and evolve the program.

One of many gifts and shifts to come out of this venture, is an evolutionary technique for tending the Sacred Garden, through the power of Gratitude.  More specifically, it teaches the art of planting Seeds of Gratitude in the heart, inviting each bearer to remember she/he is the Soul gardener of her/his sacred life, and able to enjoy a fruit-full experience no matter what the ‘outside’ world looks like.  Very powerful, indeed!

Now, one can imagine, some of these Sacred Garden plots have been long left untended … they are scarred, perceivably barren, and hardened from a lack of attention, nourishment and care.

This is true for many — for those behind physical bars, and even illusory ones built to protect a tender heart. Self-Love, Self-Nurturance, and Self-Appreciation are vital to replenishing the Sacred Garden within all our hearts and are truly the key to Freedom!

The ‘Seeds of Gratitude’ exercise is so powerfully effective, connective and empowering we are gratefully sharing it here, too!  We believe what we’ve witnessed thus far — in the gains, breakthroughs, and miraculous life shifts of those brave-hearts willing to give it a go —  this is only a small taste of the great harvest that lay waiting at the heart of Humanity.

Here’s the basic formula:

1) Draw a Gratitude symbol on a piece of paper.  Let it take up the whole space!  Now, write in the center of the symbol something you are seeking to heal, understand, transform or release.

2) In the outer area, record all that you can be grateful for, in regards to this experience.  Be free with this!  Be creative!  Open your heart-mind to receive wisdoms nurturing Light and write, write, write.

3)  Choose one of these gifts.  The most touching, profound and clear. Now imagine this is a seed.  Place it in your heart, and feel its presence. Feel its wisdom.  Feel its gifts growing within you. Opening your heart. Nourishing your Soul.  Rising to touch and embody the Light of Love.

4)  Imagine taking the words written in the center of Gratitude.  Fold them and place them into your heart, too. Feel the Love you have grown in your heart embracing, transforming, enlightening these words, this experience.  Stay with this feeling while thinking about this experience.  Stay with this for a minimum of 33 seconds.

While you do this, you are re-programming the mind to Love this experience.  Cherish it.  Embrace it.  Be grateful for it! As you do, you become one with the Divine, in Love with All that IS, an expression of the Great-Full-Ness of Life!

You’ll find the exercise is designed to transform challenge into gift, by revealing the ‘golden’ opportunites of every ‘leaden’ experience. This allows us to quickly move from judgement, shame, blame and guilt into Love, acceptance and appreciation.

Alternately, it can be used as a manifestation tool.  Simply place a vision, intent, or waking dream into the center of Gratitude, and write current and emerging ideas, inspirations, connections and resources in the outer circle.  This will accelerate and magnetize the forces of creation, as you focus on, feel, and witness the beauty of the Seeds of Gratitude now planted at the heart of YOU!

As you put this powerful process into practice, please come back and share your results with us.   This process is a continual evolution — a Come-Unity Sacred Garden, you might say!

It’s my best work.

True, there have been a few cross sections… light and shadow.

I recognize many. But after a few intimate glimpses, they seem long ago – my life has changed so much. The heat rises within me, most have made
me happy – and others most definitely! That has lasted through the
years.

When it comes to my friends, time has been no limit. We share love for
each other that is never consumed. There is always room for more. No
matter how long we are apart, we are like minutes from before each time
we come together. We think of one another and smile.

What amazes me most of all is how the numbers have grown with little
effort, the dreams of traditional extended family community and the
enthusiastic way we see one another. We watch each other from the
expanse of our dreams, supporting, adding energy when we can.

I am lucky enough to have a strong support base. My path laid before me by Elders.

There is a place… a place bathed by Grandfather’s light.

Honest, I’ve dreamed it!

The light spills down through ponderosa pine.

I could use help with the vision. I’ll share with you.

Glance at potential, my friend.

C’mon… how would it be to be relevant in something, someway that
effects a bigger whole. Community working, living, preserving
continuance, pouring our love into a lifework.

Coming Home.

“Do you know the Crescent Moon Ceremony?” Shoshone-Cherokee medicine man, Rolling Thunder sat before me.

“Yes… Grandpa taught me. It’s been a long time… Grandfather [Rolling
Thunder], about the vision… you’ve had it. We’ve all had it… it’s more
than any of us can do alone.”

Rolling Thunder was a friend of my grandfather’s, and I was visiting him during a lecture at Chico State around 1979 or 1980.

He opened his eyes. “Moon Fire, addressing me by my childhood name, it
will come… Crescent Moon Camp carries the dream and time will be along.”

He smiled and stroked my hair affectionately; a child of a friend. “…it will come.”

Today I walked above the llama pasture and began to play my flute.

Spirit blows on the summer breeze. Land bathed, truth, I know. Heart
strong lights the sky, and comes from you. Llamas showed me new ways
after the lightning. They would sit with me for long periods of time. I
am in initiation. I become. Known. My song, once Moon Fire, now
Returning Star. Light answers come.

Three times I have sought the dream on earth. Grandfather’s
Taanaashkaada… my Crescent Moon Camp. Each time those that have
gathered have come closer than before. At last they must dream
themselves, I stand before the stars.

Hear me, stand as before your birth. Send light that others may see. Warm with your smiles that dreams might prosper.

The world shudders, and civilization shakes. The wind blows.

Bringing vision isn’t easy. Spirits speak. Humans listen as they will.
I know both voices. Signs, silence, speak again… a vision of merit,
worth my sacrifice.

We build a great fire. As the fire burns we sit close in such a way that we purify our intent.

When the lightning sickness comes I see the dream of my youth. My head becomes light, and electricity rages inside me.

Speak to Spirit, pray, bow your head so that your eyes see the blazing truth within. Speak and know the wisdom.
Mind cloudy. Laughter and no image. A voice, but no face.

Speak clearly. Brighten life from wisdom.

See, feel, hear. Allies.

It’s been like this. Drifting through space. Eyes to see, mouth to speak. Ears to hear; fingers to touch.
Open, great light shines forth. From the light comes an eagle. It flies
in three great circles. A feather falls… a gift… a promise.

It’s a strange thing. My head is on fire. I drink water and aloe.
Clouds. Mountains. Tend systems, purge toxins. This vision has been
held, loved and practiced knowledge for attendance.

** Go Gratitude Experiment Update **

Have you been feeling the waves of transformation lately?

Does it feel like a gentle rain cleansing the soul … or it is more akin to being crushed under a swift moving tsunami?

Whatever the case may be, rest assured – you are not alone!

Waves of change are rolling across the face of creation, and indeed, deep within the heart of Humanity. Trust us – we’re feeling it, too! Whew!

This amplification is reflected in the upsurge in Mass Meditations, revelations of Truth and accountability coming to Light, opportunities to rise above fear-mongering and greed and an awakening to the true Divine nature and brilliance of Humanity.

As you know …

Life, by nature, flows in cycles and we are in the throes of a massive cyclic shift right now.  It may be uncomfortable, inconvenient and even downright depressing, and yet … there is a bright side to all this *shift*. (Even if the mass media would have us believe otherwise!)

It is this:  We  are 100% responsible for our lives, and so can BE the change we wish to see in the world.

This may come with a bit of a sting when one looks at the ‘surface’ state of the world (being 100% percent responsible, and all) and yet … this is where being 100% responsible for our lives is of great worth and a profound blessing.

Thankfully, it is our choice how to respond in any given situation.  It is our choice where we put our focus, attentions, energy, resources and time.

As technology has developed, in direct relation to humanity’s  level of consciousness, we are awakening to Truth, being empowered to follow our bliss and  connect with our Soul families worldwide.

What a gift!

We are also being called up, each and every one of us, to embody our highest nature, to let go of all that no longer serves and choose the power of Love over the Love of power.

As co-creators of our reality, taking 100% responsibility for our lives, we are also awakening to the power of Cooperation.

Just like parents who have co-created a child, then must cooperate to raise it, Humanity is remembering that we must gather, connect, empower and support one another in order to move through these waves of change with ease and grace.

Gregg Braden, in his book Fractal Time, reveals there is an underlying pattern marking great periods of change throughout all time.  During these historic events, many civilizations crumbled while others managed to thrive.  What was the defining factor?

Those that were laid to waste fell into fear and separation – an ‘every man for himself’, survival at any cost response to the changing world.

Those that thrived came together in the spirit of Cooperation to rise above the challenge, to find the gift in the change and leverage current possibilities to support the continuance of Life.

We are at the heart of one of these nodes, these waves of change, and are being invited to find our way out of separation and into Cooperation.  It is driving us to look deeply within ourselves to find our Truth and courage to face our fears, while we gather the strength to grow beyond what has been known as we step into the NEW.

Global meditations are one example of cooperation.  These are amazing oppotunities to practice change on a global level, and yet each of us must be 100% responsible for our daily connection to Spirit and for finding our inner Truth and Light.  So how do we find our way through the heaviness and sorrow that often accompanies change and letting go?

Consider this perspective: “The way in is the way out.”

Now - take a look at the symbol of Gratitude.  One may decipher this cryptic message by simply tracing the symbol from ‘outside in’ then from ‘center out’.

In this same way, we leverage the power of meditation (Cooperation with Spirit).  First, we go inward to find our center — our inner truth and connection to Source — and then flow outward from this sacred space … to go and grow, to live and BE the Great-Full-Ness of Life!

This mirrors the transformational process of caterpillar to butterfly, as well.  Once the caterpillar, with limited sight  and a voracious appetite, has fulfilled its  cycle, it gets all wrapped up in itself, dissolving all bonds and attachments to what it used to be, in order to embody its highest nature.  The wisdom of the butterfly teaches us, “The way in IS the way out.”

Humanity is, similarly, entering an epochal age of Mass Transformation.

We are witnessing the dissolving of institutions, programs, patterns and thought-forms that no longer serve, and thereby creating space for the new to flow in — NOW.

The above Butterfly Hu-Man crop circle is a timely confirmation of what is taking place in our lives – and an invitation to rise above the landscape of time to take in a larger view of what is right before our eyes.

Yes …  change can also be painful.  Our suffering has been real and many tears have been shed as we gaze upon the ignorance of the past.  However, we are awakening to this opportunity to come together and cooperate – like the imaginal cells of the butterfly — to flow beyond the dissolution, each taking our place in the great circle of life, rising beyond what has been to thrive in a new age of Peace and Illumination.

So what is our day-to-day role in the cosmic unfolding?

• Be the peace we seek
• Find the gift in the challenge
• Choose an Attitude of Gratitude
• Live from center, practicing the art of conscious co- creation and cooperation
• Focus our thoughts, actions and choices on supporting the continuance of Life

This is truly a magnificent time to be Alive.  We are becoming Universal Humans, our hearts opening as Flowers of Light, to embody the higher vibrations now flooding the planet – from the heavens, from our hearts, and through our rising consciousness.

The wisdom of the ancients is being bridged with the Power of Now, and we are at the epicenter of change.

It is our great honor, and gift, to receive the blessings born of our faith wisdom and joyously witness the Shift of the Ages.  As we cooperate with present energies, focusing our thoughts and actions on our passions and soul callings,  while daily strengthening our relationship to Spirit — for this is where our true power springs from – we flow into this arriving Age with ease and grace.

Thankfully, Gratitude is a gentle guide, helping us navigate the swift waters of change we find ourselves riding.  Gratitude teaches us to remain centered, to appreciate what IS, and have faith as we live in the mystery – the unknown – by harmonizing with the patterns of creation.

Gratitude, in structure and material form, is revealed in every aspect of creation – from tree rings to flower buds, from the rising sun to the full moon lighting the night, from the spiral galaxies spinning through time to the atomic structure that supports the continuance of Life!

As we pass thru this time of transformation, we awaken to discover our true Divine nature IS the Great-Full-Ness of Life.  We are designed to thrive, and it is our gift to simply *enjoy* the experience of being Alive.  What a thrilling ride!

Beloveds … give yourself a deep breath.  Breathe deeply again, this time into your heart, and feel the Great-Full-Ness of Life.

Now take a moment to look around, and you will find reflections of Gratitude are everywhere to be found.  Open your heart and allow the beauty of All that IS to be a balm upon the soul, and always remember that together we are better and this is an exciting adventure into the new and unknown!
